Module 10.2: Denoising a Noisy Image using Lowpass Filtering

This module adds noise to the "letters" image and convolves it in both directions with a sinc function to which a Hamming window of length L is applied. The cutoff and noise level are selectable parameters. The goal is to demonstrate the tradeoffs in filtering a noisy image.
